What does this mean to you?
Horley Cricket Club has now been awarded the coveted ECB accreditation of Clubmark, demonstrating its determination to become a club of first choice for junior players. This qualification demands high standards both relating to safeguarding of junior members but also looks for clubs to have strategic plans relating to the development of junior players in the game of cricket. We are delighted to have secured this accreditation which we truly value.
Apart from our standard club rules, the membership has also created and adopted a "Safehands Policy" which details certain procedures that we expect to be followed in respect of the coaching, and participation in games of our junior members. Please see the attachment for further details.
