2024 Membership Fees
Dear club member,
As you are probably aware, the annual renewal period for membership subs is now underway for all Cricket, Squash and Associate members. We would like to thank those of you who have already made your payment, and would respectfully remind those yet to renew that renewal is due by 31st May 2024.
Payment details are detailed below Payment can be made at the bar or through online banking. Please ensure you check and make the correct payment as some rates have changed following the AGM.
Providing the correct renewal subscription has been paid by the due date (end of May), membership cards will continue to work on both the till system and the gate access. Membership cards will be deactivated in June for anyone who has not renewed their membership, which will affect both club access and the price of drinks. Payments made after the renewal due date will result in a short delay in the cards being reinstated – I will aim to keep this to within a week of payment. Bar staff will be asking for cards as proof of membership, so please do remember to bring yours with you whenever you visit the Clubhouse.
If your membership card is no longer working, please email me on [email protected] as this is the quickest way for me to deal with any issues. If you have lost your card, replacement cards incur a £5 charge – this can be paid through the till at the bar.
We would also like to take this opportunity to remind our members that children MUST be under parental supervision at all times - both in the clubhouse and around the grounds. When cricket is being played please ensure young children are kept safely behind the fencing and all members should be mindful of walking around the boundary / behind sight screens so as not to create a disturbance to play. At other times, for safety reasons, children should not play on or around the sports or grounds equipment.
We hope you all continue to enjoy the facilities provided at our club and we look forward to a successful 2023 both on and off our sports pitches / courts.
